Use advanced settings to customize key aspects of Vega Program, including waiting lists, refunds, notifications, appearance, and API configuration.
This functionality is only available to users with Admin permissions.
To configure advanced settings:

From the left navigation menu, select Advanced.

Configure the settings as needed:

Single Name and Plural Name: Specify the names used for location titles.

Email Reminders: Specify how many hours before an event email reminders are sent.

Waiting List Window: Specify how many hours an attendee has to claim an available ticket before it expires.

Max Waiting List Tickets: Specify the maximum number of tickets that can be requested for one event.

Refund Deadline: Specify how many hours before an event an online cancellation remains eligible for a refund.

Event Feedback: Specify how many days after an event the feedback request is sent.

Calendar Theme Color: Select a color or enter a hexadecimal color code. A dark color is recommended.

Accounts Email: Enter the email address that receives key payment information.

Event Approval Notifications: Enter the email addresses that receive event approval notifications. Separate multiple addresses with commas.

Warning Button Text, Warning Button URL, and Warning Message: Configure a message to display important booking or event information at the top of the public home view. Leave these fields blank if a message is not required.

API Keys: Enter the required API keys. Do not change these values after they have been configured.
