Use the events calendar to browse events, make bookings, view your registrations, join waiting lists, and add events to your device calendar.
Browse and search
The carousel on the homepage is filled with up to ten featured events that you can scroll through.

Use the Location and Category filters to narrow the list of events.

Use the calendar to view events on a specific date.

Use the search bar to find specific events.
Make a booking

Select the event.

If you are not already logged in, enter your membership details.

Verify that your first and last name are displayed. If an age is required, enter it.

If you are booking for more than one person, select + Person and update the details for the additional attendee.

Select Book Now.
A confirmation message appears when the booking is successful.
Manage My Events
In My Events, you can view your registered events, cancel bookings, view event details, and rate past events.
To manage My Events:

Select My Events in the upper-right corner of the screen.

If you are not already logged in, enter your membership details or a booking code and email address (for guests).

Do one or more of the following:

To cancel a booking, select Cancel Booking and follow the prompts.

To view event details, select the event title.

To rate an event, open a past event and select a star rating.

If additional feedback is available, provide it as prompted.

Join a waiting list
When an event is fully booked, members and guests can join the waiting list to be notified if space becomes available. If a place becomes available, you will have a limited time to claim it before it is offered to the next person on the waiting list.
To join a waiting list:

Select the event.

If you are not already logged in, enter your membership details.

Enter your email address and the number of places required.

Select Join Waiting List.
A confirmation message appears.
Add an event to the device calendar
Add events to your device calendar so you can view them alongside your other scheduled activities.
To add events to the device calendar:

Select the event you want to add to your device calendar.

Select Add to Calendar.
-
An ICS file is downloaded and can be imported into your device calendar.
