Viewing the Patron Account Page
Your organization can enable patrons to view and modify their circulation records. After a patron logs in to Encore, the My Account link appears as part of each page header. Clicking this link takes the patron to the patron account page.
Depending on your system configuration, patrons can use the patron account page to perform some or all of the following actions:
- Search the catalog
- Modify the Personal Identification Number (PIN) and other information on the patron record
- View patron account expiration date
- View or renew checked out items
- View, freeze, or cancel items on hold
- View booked materials
- Edit or delete ratings and reviews
- View inter-library loan requests
- View ArticleReach requests
- Manage checked out eBooks
- View or delete program registrations
- View messages from the library
- View outstanding fees and fines
- View, enable, or disable patron reading history
- View, edit, or delete saved lists
- View saved Research Pro results
- View RSS feeds
