Reactivate a Hold

You can reactivate Canceled, Expired, and Not-supplied hold requests to permit items to fill them. When you reactivate a hold request, the request becomes active with a new expiration date.

To reactivate a hold request, do one of the following actions

  • From the Patron Record workform > Holds view, select a hold request, and select the Reactivate button.
  • From the Request Manager workform, select a hold request and select the Reactivate button.
  • From the Hold Request workform, select ACTIONS > Reactivate.

The hold request is reactivated.
