Advanced search

The Advanced search workflow can be configured for all sites or individually at the site level.

  1. In the upper-right corner, select Settings Settings icon..

  2. From the Settings menu, select Library defaults > Display settings.

  3. Under Advanced Search, do one of the following:

    • If you wish to display the advanced search for all sites, select Display.

    • If you wish to hide the advanced search from all sites, make sure Hide is selected instead.

  1. In the upper-right corner, select Settings Settings icon..

  2. From the Settings menu, select Library defaults > Site Configuration.

  3. Use the The Options icon. menu to edit your Collection or Kiosk Site.

  4. In the Site Settings, select Display settings.

  5. Do one of the following:

    • If you would like your site to use the same settings as the global configuration set Use Global Settings to On.

    • If you would like your site to use different settings, set Use Global Settings to Off to gain access to the Show Advanced Search setting below.

      Do one of the following:

      • Under Advanced Search select Display to display the Advanced search for the current site.

      • Choose Hide to hide the Advanced search for the current site.
