Enabling ChiliFresh

The Enabling ChiliFresh page allows you to enable and configure your ChiliFresh account integration. To access from your Encore Admin Application, go to Encore Customization | Social | Social Networks (ChiliFresh).

Port Requirements

This integration requires outbound access through your firewall on ports 80 and 443 from Encore to the API server.

Account Information

Contact ChiliFresh for account access information (for example, API key).

Settings include:

Enable ChiliFresh

Choose yes to enable ChiliFresh integration in Encore.

API Key

Enter the API key provided by ChiliFresh. If you do not have an API Key, review your ChiliFresh documentation for how to obtain one or contact ChiliFresh for assistance.

Account ID

Enter the account ID from your ChiliFresh account. This value is case- and space-sensitive and must exactly match the value from your ChiliFresh account.

Timeout (in seconds)

The amount of time, in seconds, that Encore waits for a response from the ChiliFresh API.

Timeouts and ChiliFresh

Your timeout setting has an impact on performance and display. If the timeout setting is too low, Encore may not be able to connect with the ChiliFresh Patron Review Engine. If the setting is too high, this may result in slow page loads.
